Mild Scrub
Use several times a week after cleansing the skin, applying a fine layer of Mild Scrub to the face and neck. Massage gently for a few seconds. If the cream becomes slightly dry as you are rubbing it, you may add a little water in place of more cream and continue the massage for a short while. Remove thoroughly with water.

Essential Mask
Once to three times a week, apply the mask to the face and neck after cleansing the skin. Relax and allow to penetrate for 10 minutes then rinse off in lukewarm water.
